Web Designers Are the New Rockstar.

I don't know if Web Designers will ever live the extravigant and often oversaturdated lives of a 70's or 80's Rockstar, but at the least Web Designers will be needed and maybe even respected?...

Because the web was born super boring, with all its words and crappy stuff and html, it has taken it some time to even need designers. Now with tools like flash, Designers are finally able to step into the ring and tell the web programmers to shut up. And then say "Im sorry, could you show me how to fix this action script?".

The point is Flash websites are becoming the new standard. Why would you want html, when you could make things explode off of your page? The only problem flash websites presented in the past was that they were not searchable by databases like Google, and Yahoo!....

For those of you who just came back after reading that... WHOA! Right? I mean thats gotta shake things up? Pretty soon well designed sites will just be crappy regular sites and people will be trying to figure out how to smell the internet.

Yes, you heard it here. The next step after flash and rich websites become normal will be a large amount of research going into trying to figure out how to smell the internet... or something like that.
