A 6-color screen printed poster on cream paper created to advertise The Glamping Show in Stoneleigh Park, UK. I wanted to use this assignment as an opportunity to explore illustration through the screenprinting process, and the solution was to use the image of a champagne bottle pouring into a waterfall to poke fun at the culture that surrounds glamping.

The Vienna Secession stamps and brochures are designed for the US Postal Service. The stamps highlight three the Vienna Secession designers and showcase their work. Information cards and brochures include information about the Vienna Secession movement, the designers, and their work. Patterns in my design were inspired by the Secession building, which is the iconic construction of the movement. Colors and typography reflect the Vienna Secession style.

This 16-page specimen book advertises Franklin Gothic, which is one of the long-lasting American typefaces designed by Morris Fuller Benton. Each page not only provides information about the designer and the typeface but also demonstrates the range of the typeface and all available styles in the type family. Instead of using the cliché color palette, red and blue, salmon pink and blue are used to represent Franklin gothic’s country of origin. The image of the its metal set of Franklin Gothic and the digital copy of Franklin gothic in the design reflect its past and present and create visual interesting.

La Ola is a family-owned popsicle and ice cream shop located in Kyle, Texas that specializes in frozen treats based in the Mexican tradition. Under instruction of Genaro Solis Rivero and Jeff Davis, I designed a logo that captured the company's proud heritage and playful flavor combinations by using Mexico's national flower, the unique paleta silhouette, a vibrant color palette, and a whimsical type with inspiration from traditional codex patterns.

The Historic Pearl District, located north of downtown San Antonio, provides a unique experience as a top culinary and cultural destination, known for the numerous shops and boutiques, as well as the many local breweries that inhabit the Pearl District. The streets of the Pearl offer a rich visual context that embrace a vivid past of historical architecture, while still keeping with modern complexes.
The composition of this piece captures the industrial appearance that embodies many of the buildings found within the Pearl District, while including some modern elements that are relative to the location.
